A lacquer box for inrô. 19th century

Elongated shape. Black lacquer on all sides, three or four medallions with plant motifs loosely distributed on the outside of the slip lid on all sides, some in the style of a mon. Inside five stackable boxes with five compartments each and a flat lid, the lowest box replaced. Restored.
