Copper and silver gilt mountings. Designed as an adjustable metal band with stylised arch motifs of carved deep red coral and a central scrollwork motif. The metal band in need of repair. Old tin solder repairs, some minor losses to the corals. Diameter ca. 14 cm. Max. H 5.7 cm. Weight 93.58 g.
Presumably Naples or Sicily, Mid 19th C.
