An 18k red gold, silver, and diamond fringe necklace

Designed as a strand of hinged links with Historicist silver decor and rose-cut diamonds. Suspending 16 pendants with cushion shaped old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 2.20 ct, J/K, vs/si). Hallmarks: French export stamp for gold used between 1879 - 1884 (Tardy, 172). The hinges slightly loose, the central pendant lost. Diameter ca. 12.5 cm. Weight 40.7 g.
