Of smooth octagonal form, the hinged lid with abstract decor in email cloissonné. Containing a mirror and powder compartment. Hallmarks: Italian fineness 750, ID mark, "edizioni Gm per MR", facsimile signature of Piero Dorazio. 1 x 8 x 8 cm. Weight 197.92 g.

The Italian designer Giancarlo Montebello opened the GEM MONTEBELLO studio in Milan in 1967. The studio sold unique artist-made jewellery with the aim of collaborating with international artists and pushing the boundaries between art and craft.
