A Neapolitan 14 kt gold jewelled dragonfly brooch

14k gold brooch designed as a dragonfly. The body set with rubies (in total c. 0.30 ct) and an oval emerald (c. 0.50 ct), with two sapphires cabochons for the eyes. The mobile wings set with rose-cut diamonds. Hallmarks: Italian fineness with ID mark. The brooch findings (14k yellow gold pin) replaced, minor soldered repairs. L 4.2 cm. Weight 11.72 g.
