Platinum and 18k gold ring with diamond set shoulders and a delicate marquise form bezel set with three natural rubies (in total c. 0.60 ct) surrounded by 14 old-cut diamonds (c. 1.20 ct, K/L, vs – si). The ring band extended. Bezel 2.1 x 1.1 cm. Ring size 54. Weight 4.16 g.
