A 14k gold and carved rock crystal pectoral pendant

Four-sided cut rock crystal prism with pyramid shaped terminal set in 14k gold, symmetrically decorated with incisions and olives. The setting with finely chased acanthus foliage and a standing bail. Hallmarks: Maker's mark “L”, modern French export stamp for 14k gold. Minor wear to the edges of the rock crystal. Total H 8.3 cm. Weight 49.80 g.
