A Nymphenburg porcelain plate related to the court service

Scalloped plate with a thick, moulded rim. Finely decorated in the centre with a bouquet of roses, two single flowers and two ladybirds. The rim painted with seven flowers and a moth. Rocaille decor picked out in blue and gold, gilt rocaille border. Incised 8 and V. A small rim chip at 4 o'clock, localised loss to the blue pigment of the morning glory. D 25.3 cm.
Around 1760 – 65, décor attributed to Johann Zächenberger.
