A large and heavy brass incense burner. 19th century

The compressed globular body decorated in relief with figures and pavilions underneath trees on a finely stippled ground. The handles in shape of fishes. At the base a six-character mark Xuande in a sunken square surrounded by descending dragons in engraving.
Height 10.4 cm; width at the handles 30 cm
