A finely painted Nepalese thangka (paubha) of Vasudhara. 17th/18th century

With Vasudhara seated in lalitasana at centre on a rectangular throne backed by a torana, flanked by the red Avalokiteshvara at left and the green Vajrapani at right, holding a lotus and a flywhisk in their hands, and surrounded by four emanations of Ushnishavijaya. The upper register depicting the five transcendental Buddhas, the lower register with a two line Newari inscription and Jambhala flanked by donor figures below. Framed and glazed.
