A convertible Art Nouveau 18k gold, diamond and pearl tiara

Silver and 18k yellow gold. Curving floral motif with three flowers, fully set with 110 cushion shaped old-cut diamonds (in total ca. 3.30 ct, J-N, vs-p). The flowerheads set with three coloured pearls in pink (diameter ca. 9.17 mm), gold (diameter ca. 9.78 mm) and white (diameter ca. 8.51 mm, slightly baroque form, presumed to be natural). Can be worn suspended from a ribbon or as a brooch, with removable mounts. Unmarked. The side of the frame engravedt: "9. Aprile 1901". Two pearls replaced with cultured pearls. 5 x 7 cm. L brooch findings 6 cm. Total weight 29.90 g.
