A Meissen porcelain cup and saucer with a portrait of Anna Amalia von Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, Duchess of Saxony-Weimar and Eisenach

Richly decorated cup and saucer with the monogram AA formed from flower garlands beneath a ducal crown surrounded by blue mosaic pattern ornament and a band of rose tendrils. Blue crossed swords mark with star, two blue dashes in the basal ring of the saucer. Scratches to the cup. H of cup 4.6, D of saucer 13.5 cm.
