An Austrian garnet necklace with an 18k gold diamond, sapphire and tourmaline clasp.

With 13 strands of small garnet beads, the terminals pavé set with 48 brilliant-cut diamonds. The large two-part clasp set with a large square green tourmaline (50.90 ct), four brilliant-cut diamonds and three sapphire cabochons (in total c. 0.58 ct. diamonds in total c. 1.13 ct, c. K-L, c. vs). Hallmarks: Vienna gold fineness 750, maker's mark "SB". Clasp H 3.20 x 3.50 cm. Necklace L c. 47 cm. Weight 158.32 g.
