A French cultured pearl necklace "Lion Barquerolles" with an 18k gold, diamond and emerald lion clasp.

Comprised of eleven twisted strands of small regularly sized cultured pearls (diameter 3.5 mm). The carabiner clasp designed as a lion's head pavé set with brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. 3.50 ct, G/H, vvs) and two navette-cut emeralds for the eyes. Hallmarks: Parisian "tête d'aigle". Fineness 750. Maker's mark "V.C.A"., no. 30802. L clasp 5 cm. Weight 102.80 g.
