A Meissen porcelain tea caddy with Hoeroldt Chinoiseries

Hexagonal vessel decorated on each of the six faces with Chinoiserie figures, birds and insects. With associated lid. Blue crossed swords mark on unglazed base, dreher's mark double x for Johann Daniel Rehschuh. The mass with some ash stains, minor wear to the gilding.
C. 1725-30, decorated in the workshop of Johann Gregorius Hoeroldt.
