A Meissen porcelain dish and cover with landscape decor

Painted with small landscapes in puce to the outer surface and original lid. Blue caduceus mark. A chip to the rim of the lid, a minor firing fault in the blue mark. H 8.2 cm.
Meissen, the porcelain 1730s, decorated in the manner of Franz Ferdinand Mayer in Pressnitz / Prísecnice, 1730 - 50.
