A porcelain snuff box with poultry motifs

Gold-mounted snuff box painted with birds in landscapes surrounded by sea green mosaic pattern, polychrome rocaille and flower garland borders. The inside of the lid with an identical motif. Unmarked. Restored chip to one corner of the base. H 5.4, W 9.2, D 7.5 cm.
Meissen or Berlin, manufactory of Johann Ernst Gotzkowsky, 1760s.
