Set with a natural mixed cut oval sapphire of c. 3.41 ct (c. 9.70 x 7.50 x 5.52 mm, NTE) flanked on either side by two brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 0.47 ct, J/K, vvs) Hallmarks: Fineness 750, "KERN". Ring size 52. Weight 80.7 g.

Gemstone assessment report no. 035189 from the DSEF, Idar-Oberstein dated 03.03.2023, confirms the transparent blue stone to be a natural sapphire with no signs of heat treatment (NTE). Examined in the mount.
