A German 18k gold, black opal, demantoid, blue sapphire and pearl brooch.

Curved square motif set with a large cushion shaped black opal (c. 13.10 x 17.47 mm), 16 round demandoid garnets (in total c. 3.40 ct), four blue sapphires (in total c. 0.60 ct) and twelve pearls (diameter c. 3.00 - 4.80 mm) in various sizes and colours. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, maker's mark "ET". 4.5 x 4.5 cm. Weight 30.88 g. In the original case.
