A pair of lion candelabra, large models
by Emile Gallé

Faience models of lions rampant decorated in the Imari style, holding armorial shields with seven-flame bronze candelabra. Both lions signed EG on the plinths with cross of Lorraine and Emile Gallé Nancy. H faience lions 65.3, H with candelabra 95 and 101 cm.
