Inscribed lower right (on the chair back): Aetatis 27 A0 1612 (last digit indistinct).

With a text in old script that is difficult to decipher as well as two handwritten adhesive notes in the lower half on the back of the panel, also difficult to decipher.


This portrait shows a young woman in sumptuous clothing with a three-row millstone collar and lace-trimmed bonnet. The rich gold jewellery consists of a chain around the waist and bracelets and rings on both hands. In the upper right hangs the family coat of arms, as yet unidentified, attached to a nail with bows.
