A hexagonal Meissen Böttger stoneware tea caddy and cover

Matte red Böttger stonware, dentile silver cuffs around the base, neck and lid. Baluster-form vessel with engraved ribs. Decorated with floral reliefs and birds after Asian designs. The lid with a single flower. Smoothed, unmarked base. H 12.5 cm.
