Work in 2 parts: 2 photo-offsetprints on cardboard, each 83 x 105 cm, one of which with a zinc cliché and worked over with sulphur, framed together in a plexiglass frame case. The worked over print signed and dated Beuys 1963 in black ink at lower right and there numbered 172/202 and inscribed OSTENDE am Strand oder in den Dünen ein kubusförmiges Haus darin "Das Samurai-Schwert ist eine Blut-Wurst" SOCKEL. Edition Tangente, Heidelberg.
An edition of 202 works was planned, but only 150 were completed. The date 1963 refers to an action which was to occur that year in Ostende but which was not carried out. - The first piece lightly damaged along the lower right edge.
