Charcoal drawing, partly worked over with eraser, and color chalks on ivory colored Ingres laid paper 31.3 x 47.9 cm, framed under glass. Signed and dated Baumeister 46 in pencil lower right. With the artist's handwritten addition Farbstift ist nicht ganz lichtecht [colored crayon is not completly lightfast] on right sheet margin as well as inscribed 700 lower left. - The composition (25.9 x 32 cm) outlined with pencil, the artist's fixative therein with slight darkening due to age; with color stain (studio trace) at upper margin; lower left margin minimally torn out.
