An early 16th century Lower Rhenish carved wooden figure of the Virgin with Child.

Carved three-quarters in the round, the reverse flattened. Minor remains of former polychromy.. A figure of the standing Virgin depicted turned to the right and holding the nude Christ Child in both hands over Her right hip.
The Child's right hand and foot lost. Mounted to a modern wooden plinth. Height 29.5 cm (without plinth).
