With later damast upholstery. With neoclassical decor to three sides, originally intended to be placed against a wall. Earlier retouches to the gilding, these once again defective. H 68,5, W 146, D 59 cm, heigt of seats 54 cm.
The frame Tuscany / Lombardy, ca. 1780 / 90.

Provenance

According to tradition, the benches were once owned by Electoress Maria Leopoldine of Bavaria, the second wife of Elector Carl Theodor of Bavaria.
