Of openface form with three cases, one of silver, one of silver-studded tortoiseshell and one a bombé form travel case. Enamel dial with Oriental numerals and blued hands. Fire-gilt movement with verge escapement, chain and fusee. Key winding. London hallmark for 1846, maker's mark "JBWW". Signed to dial and movement Edward Prior London". No. 61822. Hour hand replaced. Key lacking. Total diameter 7.5 cm. Total weight 272 g.
