Carved three-quarters in the round, the reverse slightly flattened. With older polychromy.. A figure of the Virgin standing in balanced contrapposto. She holds the nude Christ Child above Her hip with both hands and is shown dressed in a richly draped and finely carved cloak and gown.
Minimal wear. Mounted to an associated wooden base. Height 39 cm (without base)..
