A South Indian copper alloy figure of Nandikeshvara, the anthropomorphic form of Nandi and attendant of Shiva, with four arms and a third eye to the front, seated in lalitasana on a double lotus on a stepped base, the main hands in varada and abhaya mudra, the other hands hold parashu and mriga, his body adorned with necklaces, bracelets, belt and foot bangles, at the right leg a bangle with a bell. 18th century.
