An Augsburg silver gilt snakeskin pattern lidded tankard

Cylindrical body with fine snakeskin decor and corresponding lid. Engraved to the top with an arms of alliance, monogrammed "C.A. / C.K." and dated 1696. A second coat-of-arms and the monogram "C.v.B. / Z.u.S." above. H 14 cm, 467 g.
