A parcel gilt silver-mounted ivory tankard with the triumph of the gods

The domed foot and lid with fruit garlands. The ivory handle and finial carved as classical ladies. The slightly tapering ivory corpus carved with a triumphal scene with a chariot pulled by panthers. H 39.5 cm.
Presumably German, fineness 930 and unidentified maker's mark "GG", 19th C.
