A parcel gilt silver-mounted ivory tankard with the triumph of the gods

The domed foot and hinged lid set with coloured stones. The cylindrical ivory corpus carved with a continuous triumphal scene with a chariot pulled by panthers. The figural ivory handle designed as a putto playing a lyre. H 27 cm.
