Of cylindrical form with angular handle and original saucer. The display side painted with a scene of children playing within a broad octagonal gilt frame. The reverse with identical motifs in oval reserves amid grotesques. The saucer with corresponding decor. Blue "bindenschild" mark with blue dot, year stamp 87 and 88, dreher's no. 39.
Vienna, Sorgenthal Manufactory, fired 1787 and 1788, the decor attributed to Martin Krävogel.
