A Vienna porcelain plate with bi-colour gilt decor

Decorated with relief gilding and copper gilding (Leithnergold). Painted with fluting issuing from a central rosette, the border with geometric gilt tendrils and beaded decor. Blue "bindenschild" mark, red 76, year stamp 91, dreher's number 17. D 24 cm.
Vienna, Imperial porcelain manufactory under Konrad von Sorgenthal, fired 1791, decorated by Michael Auer.
