Carved to both sides within an framed cartouche with a Manchurian horseman on a donkey surrounded by flowering branches and takaramono to one side, and a phoenix flying over peonies to the other side, a dragon a camellia to the top and bottom. Ojime of ivory with Daruma and a reed in engravig, signed Hidemasa. Ivory netsuke of a rocky landscape with pavilions and strollers. Mid-19th century.
