Square frame with brilliant-cut diamonds decorating the angles (in total 0.48 ct) containing an ancient Greek tetradrachme with a portrait of Alexander the Great avers and a depiction of Athena Nikephoros revers. Can be worn as a brooch or a pendant. On a three-strand leather band with a gold S clasp. With original box. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, facsimile signature "Alberty". 3.5 x 3.5 cm. Total weight 43.30 g.
