An 18k gold ring with an ancient Egyptian cylinder seal

18k gold ring with a U-shaped band and moulded shoulders, the swivel bezel set with a cylindrical brown chalcedony intaglio seal (c. 9 x 5 mm) carved with figures of winged gods, foliate motifs, and animals. Hallmarks: Fineness 750, facsimile signature. Ring size 53. Weight 14.64 g.
Alexander Alberty, Krefeld. The seal c. 2200 – 2000 B.C.
