A pair of Augsburg vermeil pitchers

Coffee and hot milk jugs with ivory handles. Decorated with finely chased and embossed birds in rocaille surrounds. The domed lid with conforming decor, the finial formed as a fruit garland. H 25 and 18cm, total weight 993 g.
Marks of Jakob Wilhelm Kolb, 1773 - 75.
