A Meissen porcelain holy water stoop

Scalloped bowl with a hinged lid crowned by a figure of an angel with a cross. Blue crossed swords mark with dot on the unglazed reverse. Restored, the hinge of the lid lost. H 29.5 cm.
Model attributed to Johann Joachim Kaendler, 1760.
