An unusual Meissen porcelain service with palaces in Saxony

Comprising a scalloped tray, coffee pot and sugar box with original lids, milk jug and seven cups with original saucers. Decorated with depictions of castles throughout Saxony labelled "Schloß Weesenstein.", "Königl. Jagdschloß Wermsdorf.", "Schloß Leisnig.", "Schloß Nossen.", "Dresden, Kgl. Schloß kath. Kirche.", "Meissen.", "Schloß Rochlitz.", "Dresden, Kgl. Zwinger.", "Pillnitz.", "Stolpen.", and "Hubertusburg.". Blue crossed swords mark with pronounced pommels, dreher's mark. The views labelled in black on the undersides (except that of the tray). W of tray 44.6, H of coffee pot 20.8 cm.
