A Meissen porcelain sugar box with a Watteau scene

Quatrefoil oval dish with the original lid. Blue crossed swords mark, purple painter's mark 48. A filled firing crack int he lid, three very small chips around the rim of the lid restored. A firing flaw to the inside of the tureen. H 10.1, W 10.9, D 9.6 cm.
Circa 1750 – 60.
