Chalk, coloured pencil and graphite pencil drawing on yellowish writing paper 20.9 x 14.8/15.1 cm, framed under glass. Dated 1727 (17.2.1937) by the artist in pencil upper right. On verso with the fragment of a typewritten letter by a real estate agent in Freiburg i. Brsg. - With an old glue trace shining through in the upper left corner. The left sheet margin torn. With a minimal fold in the lower right corner of sheet. - On the cardboard backing with the fragment of an old cardboard support, thereon a label confirming authenticity, filled in and signed by Tut Schlemmer.
