A Meissen porcelain plate with Hoeroldt Chinoiseries

The border decorated with finely painted Chinoiseries in foliate quatrefoil surrounds. The lip with four oval fields of gilt trellis pattern on purple lustre ground. The well and underside with bouquets of indianische blumen. Blue crossed swords mark with slightly pronounced pommels. The gilding of the lip overworked, the decor slightly worn. D 21.7 cm.
Circa 1730.
