A Meissen Böttger stonware tiger mask

Incised crossed swords mark with dot, incised model no. A.1099. and L.245., stamped BÖTTGER-STEINZEUG and VON 55 AUSFORMUNGEN No 3., pressnummer 23. Restored in Meissen in 1999, one tooth reattached. H c. 37.5, W c. 50 cm.
Model by Max Esser, 1924/25, produced before 1933.
