A Meissen porcelain coffee pot with Chinoiserie decor

The original lid with gilt disc shaped finial. Decorated with Chinoiserie scenes in the typical polychromy in two cartouche surrounds. Unmarked. Localised wear to the gilding, chips to the inner rim of the lid, localised losses to the green pigment. H 17.5 cm.
The porcelain fired before 1723, decor attributed to Anna Elisabeth Wald (née Auffenwerth).
