Clad in his typical garb with sleeves tied back and seated with a fishing rod, gold wire fishing line ending in a red lacquer sea bream’s mouth, other details of green-stained bone, translucent horn, the eboshi of black wood. Signed Kôkoku and red lacquer seal Kôkoku.
