Sachihongo, of large circular form, carved teeth in the pierced open mouth, four parallel grooves forming the brows, small ears in relief, domed head covering to the rear with native sewn repairs, dark reddish brown patina with a white painted zigzag across the upper border, pierced for insertion of feathers, traces of which remain.
