A fine wood netsuke of a minogame, by Hiroyoshi. Mid-19th century

With legs close to the body, the head turned to the right, the five strands of the long tail spreading out underneath. The eye pupils of gold, one cord hole lined with silver. Signed Hiroyoshi on an inlaid gold tablet.
