An impressive and fine netsuke of Seiôbô. 18th century

The Queen Mother of the West stands tall holding a peach branch in one hand while the other hand grasps the handle of a basket with peaches slung over her left arm. The coiffure with hair piled up high on her head is a sign of her high status.
