A very fine and highly realistic walrus tusk model of a skull and a snake, by Toshinaga. Late 19th century

The human skull with huge eye sockets and an upper jaw with front teeth missing is encircled by a thin snake with a darting tongue looking over the top of the skull. Signed Toshinaga in an irregular reserve.
